What We Offer

Travel Snail Mail Club is a monthly subscription service that delivers authentic travel letters and exclusive photo prints to your mailbox. Each month, you'll receive a personally written letter about real travel adventures along with a beautiful photo print from the journey.

Subscription & Billing

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on the same date each month
  • Prices are displayed in USD (unless you make changes) and include free worldwide shipping
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel your subscription
  • If payment fails, we'll attempt to contact you and may pause your subscription until payment is resolved

Sign-up & Shipping

  • Monthly sign-ups close on the 20th of each month
  • If you subscribe after the 20th, your first package will be the following month's letter
  • Letters typically ship around the 22nd of each month
  • We ship via standard post from wherever I'm currently traveling (no tracking included)
  • Delivery times: 7-10 business days domestically, up to 28 days internationally, depending on local postal services

Cancellation & Refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months on monthly subscriptions
  • We're not responsible for lost mail, but we're happy to work with you if issues arise

What to Expect

  • Letters are written by me personally, then professionally printed and mailed
  • Photo prints are high-quality reproductions of my travel photography
  • Content may include stories from challenging, remote, or unfamiliar places
  • Due to my nomadic lifestyle, letters mailed from different countries using local postal services
  • No tracking information provided to keep costs affordable

Limitations

  • We're not responsible for postal delays, lost mail, or customs issues
  • Letters ship without tracking to keep your subscription affordable
  • Photo print colors may vary slightly due to printing processes
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription offerings with notice

Your Information

  • We collect only the necessary information to fulfill your subscription (name, address, payment details)
  • We don't sell or share your personal information
  • Payment processing is handled securely through Shopify
  • You can request to see or delete your information anytime

General Terms

  • These terms may be updated occasionally - we'll notify subscribers of major changes
  • If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies
  • This subscription service is for personal use only
  • By subscribing, you confirm you're at least 18 years old or have parental permission
