Letters ship around the 22nd of each month from wherever I'm currently traveling. Since I use local postal services worldwide, delivery takes 7-14 days within the same region, or 14-35 days for international delivery. The sign-up deadline is the 20th - if you subscribe after that, you'll get next month's letter as your first.

No, I ship via standard post without tracking to keep your subscription affordable at just $7/month. This also adds to the authentic experience of receiving genuine mail from around the world. If your letter doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, just email me and we'll work it out!

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. However, I don't offer refunds since each letter and photo is custom-created and printed specifically for that month's shipment.
